First it was not written anywhere on the bus that it was a BlaBlaCar, it was an Italian bus. Then there was also the fact that no cities at all were written anywhere, so no clue that it was gonna be our bus. We only knew at the very last minute by asking the driver if it was the BlaBlaCar for Annecy. If we haven't done that, we would have missed the bus and complicated the rest of our trip..
Inside, even though we had numbers of seats in our booking no one was respecting the numbers, so we had to take my girlfriend and I seats at differents places.
