Even though we had a lil delay. It was for good reason. The driver made sure we had running ac for our long journey ahead. We still made it to Atlanta from Memphis on time. WiFi worked great. Spacious and free movies. I’ll travel with greyhound again.

Greyhound has some very rude employees working for them the forget how to be polite to people and the two kiosk machines where broke at the bus terminal and the driver was very rude

I was really disappointed in Nashville. It was really late and I was hoping to have some help. One of the staff member was just eating and didn't care about any customers. The bus left one hour late but every time we ask for information nobody would answer and they were tired that all of us ask the same question.
They were not professional at all.
