Communication is terrible. We went from New Haven to nyc which was fine. While we were on our day tour I received a message that our pick up spot was canceled. That’s all the detail we got along with another address. So we were stressed out not knowing if that meant time changes etc. I tried calling the phone number and was on hold for over an hour. So we went to new pickup point and it was caious there with plenty of other customers panicking about what was going on and if their bus was coming. We tried asking drivers of buses and they were very rude as well.

In a beautiful and 💯 percent safe, and kind manner !!!
The service is nice and comfortable, with power outlets at the seats. However, there were delays of 25 minutes on the train, resulting in customers having to sit separately from their companions.
