What I enjoyed about my trip was that the bus wasn't crowded. Their was garbage bags for deposal. The bus driver ensure everyone was on the bus after rest stop. The journey for me was too long. There was a overhead compartment that keeps making noise which was very much annoying. Apart from that the drivers were really nice and helpful.

It was horrible! What should’ve been an 8 hour drive turned into a 15 hour ordeal. Never again. Pay the extra $20 and go with sprinter or something else

Users have shared that they appreciated the smooth ride and the uncrowded bus, along with helpful drivers who ensured everyone was on board after rest stops. However, some found the journey too lengthy and were disturbed by a noisy overhead compartment. Additionally, frequent stops during trips were noted as less favorable aspects of their experience.

The bus driver stopped for the 15 minute break. But took longer & let other people take their time. It ended up being an extra 10-15 minute break.

I will not use Sprinterbus again. Although the ride was fine going in, it was misleading for the ride to stop and for the passengers to wait for a van to take them to Norfolk . Additionally the sprinterbus staff could not tell us when the van would be coming which forced us all to find alternative cabs.
