While being on the phone boarding the bus leaving from Orlando to ft Lauderdale the bus driver ( lady ) told me “ I don’t want to hear that s*** on my bus “ as in my phone call . I went on to show her that I had headphones and she went on to tell me that she doesn’t want me on her bus . I was left stranded in Orlando Florida and didn’t receive another ticket or my money back GREYHOUND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The worst trip I have ever taken. The buses are extremely uncomfortable, outdated, had no restroom, the driver was rude and unwilling to help and seats were hard and extremely old.
