Greyhound staff were unprofessional and very rude. New York never checked my ticket in the system and allowed me and my 7 year old daughter on the bus. By the time we got to our first layover in Virginia, we were told it was as if we never had tickets and they couldn’t allow us on the connecting bus at 8:15, instead we had to wait to catch the next one at 12:05 am. Due to this, it messed up my entire schedule with my car rental, my Plans to take my daughter to Disney world today. I was supposed to arrive at 11am now I won’t arrive to 5:45.
There were too many layovers. The busses were crowded and stunk.
This was a terrible experience for me and my daughter.
