When we stopped in Wilmington, the bus driver said we had 20 minutes there. I went to get coffee, and when I returned 15 minutes later, the bus was pulling away. I immediately went inside, and the representative at the desk said she could do nothing to call the bus driver. I had to rent a car and drive the rest of the way.
