Very disappointed. Bus was late and no info was provided by staff. Gate bus was supposed to leave from was also hosting a later bus to a different destination which left before ours leading to utter confusion. Had to change buses at Philadelphia and got given conflicting information by staff with one even saying, don't trust the info on the screens. Altogether a very unsatisfactory experience

- I booked 2 trips and printed them both on the same paper, the 1st worker took the paper and i needed another prove of ticket for next ride, it was so hard to print another one.
