The driver specifically told me he was not stopping in the city I was booked for. So I wasn't able to make my trip because there were no other busses scheduled for that day. No one I talked to in customer support knew anything. Turns out the bus did stop in my city. I didn't make my trip because the driver didn't even know where he was going. I wasted a day and $31. Lesson learned.
