The worst service ever I still have not made it to my destination, the Customer service is terrible, I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy

Worst service I’ve experienced with any company ever! Left Atlanta late, had to rent a hotel room for the night in Memphis because our bus was “delayed”, and then had to pay an extra $40 to update my ticket for the next day trip to Dallas! Greyhound doesn’t take care of their customers at all! Hands down the worst choice I could have made. Stick to flying
