my bus never came and I had to take an uber to the airport and I almost missed my flight

It was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was brilliant during the journey the bus was out of action something to do with the water in the engine but another bus arrived in 20 minutes and we continued on our journey

I was waiting on the Vamus 56 Aerobus in the Portimao bus station when it arrived at 18.15. The bus was empty and I was waiting to board when the driver just drove off? The supervisor in the bus station could not give me an explanation and had to call a taxi urgently to get to the airport. I phoned the helpline in Vamus but there was no English speaking customer service person.I am obviously very unhappy with this service.
