My ticket showed Renex but the bus was a Redex. At stop I was looking for Renex to Lisbon not realising that Redex & Renex were the same.
No Wi-Fi on bus or power or USB sockets. We had this on another bus to Lisbon so we were rather disappointed. Not much legroom either - very squashed!
Thought it was going to be an “express” bus, ending up stopping in a couple places to pick up more passengers .

Online ticket purchase and info made the process easy. Bus was clean and on time. Bathroom stop halfway and there was bathroom on board. Unfortunately after our initial departure the bus stopped in 5 towns to do pick ups. I expected that but the driver so excellently drove the bus through all the roundabouts and I started to feel bus sick. No complaints about the route or driver. I get motion sickness sometimes so had a gravol and the stepped for the remainder of the ride. Once we were on the main highway All was good.

I liked the direct flight from Heathrow airport to Bangkok. Great staff. Comfortable seat. The only negative would be the air was to cold so make sure to wear something warm.
