No Wi-Fi on bus or power or USB sockets. We had this on another bus to Lisbon so we were rather disappointed. Not much legroom either - very squashed!
Thought it was going to be an “express” bus, ending up stopping in a couple places to pick up more passengers .
Probably a great bus company however I miss the bus because I misread the time when I bought the ticket. I thought it was 12:15 in the afternoon.

Online ticket purchase and info made the process easy. Bus was clean and on time. Bathroom stop halfway and there was bathroom on board. Unfortunately after our initial departure the bus stopped in 5 towns to do pick ups. I expected that but the driver so excellently drove the bus through all the roundabouts and I started to feel bus sick. No complaints about the route or driver. I get motion sickness sometimes so had a gravol and the stepped for the remainder of the ride. Once we were on the main highway All was good.
Wonderful services, great people, clean buses, timely and efficient, superb value
I understand that the driver appreciate listening to the radio while driving but the poor passangers should be spared to such a torture (4 hours of noisy music and commercials). Please!

As a couple, we were separated on the seating allocations on a near empty bus and bus was dirty
I had a nice experience. I had to work during the trip and the free internet was functioning very well.
The driver was friendly and travel was comfortable. Would be great to have an opportunity to book seats next to each other when traveling together (I was traveling with my partner). This was not an issue as we travelled with friendly co-travelers who kindly swapped seats with us. But would be great to have this re-assured via the system instead of asking people to change seats.
Based on 7339 reviews, the company was rated 3.8 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the wifi. BlaBlaBus ticket prices on this trip start at $38.00
