The bus was on time and the driver was courteous and helpful.
Our only concern was where to go at the airport.
Several people thought the pick-up area was only for local buses so maybe some signage designating it as a pick-up area for all buses.
Bus never came we were not notified about it ! We had to wait about 2.5 hours and had to get into an alternative bus to Albufeira and then transition busses to Lisbon. No toilet on bus.
Low quality service but does the job for the price. Besides being late, and the driver being a piece of work that forgets people travelling are customers of a business which he is employed with, customer service training of your staff would be much better outcome for all.
Comfy seats and had electrics to charge your phone - inc. wifi. Staff were friendly enough. Arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late but I believe perhaps the security did hold us up for about 20-30 minutes. I’d only suggest a break inbetween… It was a very long journey and we had no breaks so it became uncomfy over time and the toilets were locked so we couldn’t even use the toilet, which for myself became a problem.
Bus left on time and arrived on time but the toilet was unavailable. A very uncomfortable journey for me having not drunk anything for hours before the trip but still needed the toilet. I chose this line as it had a toilet onboard!!
Happy with service. Would use again but not for a longer journey (3 hours) as I didn't find the seats as comfortable as other coaches I've traveled on.
I am inside the bus front door was closed driver gone to talk near the other bus driver. I don’t know bus have 1 more door. When I did bus horn he came and said way pu qaraleu
Sry efficient time wise. Driver forgot to turn air on in originally and it was roasting. He wasn’t too friendly so didn’t like to say anything. Found all the bus drivers bar one ( out of 4 different trips) to be very grumpy and unfriendly. Not very helpful when our language isn’t that of the country.
