Rede Expressos Faro Lisbon recent customer reviews
It was very easy to reserve online. The service was excellent, comfortable. I had wifi one way. The stop in Lisbon is right at the Metro station and in Faro, very conveniently located in town centre.
the trip itself was pleasant and I'm very satisfied with it. What spoiled the experience was the passenger sitting in front of me who, decide to recline her seat in a way that interfered with my comfort, as the back of her sit was only a few centimetres away from me. My request to change the position was ignored by her.
I did not enjoy that the bus was late arriving in Lisbon, although we left on time from Faro. I felt the driver was capable & competent and so I liked that I felt safe during the trip.
According to multiple reviews, customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by the bus company. They mention that the buses were consistently late and there were issues with tracking their location due to a malfunctioning GPS. It is suggested that improved communication methods such as announcing locations and turning on the GPS could enhance customer experience.
ALSA INTERNACIONAL Faro Lisbon recent customer reviews
Good BUT the bus driver was all the time talking with somebody on the phone, I think the driver should not use the phone during driving 30 people on the bus!
The bus was 45 minutes late, the gps was off so it was bot possible to track it, nobody knew where it was. The driver was not friendly, and whe were going to Lisbon, not knowing there was two stops there, so we got off at the first stop thinking it was our destination, and realized while trying to call a cab that we were way too far from our destination, so ran back to the bus to ask where we were, and the driver was very annoyed that we asked to get back on the bus and continue the route. It would have been very helpful that the driver announce the locations since there are no other way to know where we are, and most importantly, to turn on the gps to help everybody track the location of the bus when the delay is so important.
The bus was on time and the driver was courteous and helpful. Our only concern was where to go at the airport. Several people thought the pick-up area was only for local buses so maybe some signage designating it as a pick-up area for all buses.
According to multiple reviews, the service provided by EVA transport is excellent. Customers praise the cleanliness, ease of use, and affordable fares. The rides are reported to be smooth with comfortable seats and good air venting. However, some customers have mentioned that the toilets on board were unavailable during their journeys, causing discomfort for those in need of them. Additionally, there were complaints about smaller seat sizes due to bulkheads restricting width in certain seats.

The app worked well and was easy to use. The Mundial bus company was on time and the bus was great and comfortable
Bus left on time and arrived on time but the toilet was unavailable. A very uncomfortable journey for me having not drunk anything for hours before the trip but still needed the toilet. I chose this line as it had a toilet onboard!!
