Extremely rude staff. I was cursed at multiple times by Greyhound workers, and disrespected entirely. I recentlywas released to the hospital and made these travel arrangements to see my daughter for her 2nd birthday. A large portion of my trip was cut short due to slack staff.

Absolutely terrible, they close the station the night before at 9:30 PM and did not notify any passengers. Multiple groups showed up at 2:58 AM for their bosses and were only mad with a sign on the door. I want a refund for my ticket
