Terrible! I missed a whole work day because of a missing bus which I don’t understand and I will never travel with this company again!

I was waiting at the station for 2 hours and no one announced why there was a delay. It way too overpriced for a service like that. I am extremely dissatisfied with the trip and would recommend to absolutely no one

Great driver, good service.
The bus broke down, that was why we were late to destination - 4 hours

I was in the last broken seat by the bathroom #14B and didn't even have a button to lye back. For $105 one way from Richmond Virginia to New York city. I was ripped off.

It was comfortable and somewhat clean. However, my ticket never indicated stopping and given all the stops, I ended up 2 hours later than I expected at the airport. Then the bus driver would not allow us to get our luggage until everyone was off the bus, when explained I am in a rush he walked away. I do not appreciate the lack of communication from flixbus about the delays or the bus drivers lack of urgency after all the delays and the bus breaking down.

There is never an outlet. And the buses don’t accommodate new phone charger cables. WiFi never works. Ever.
