Worst experience ever! My family tried to save a few bucks and it ended up costing double!! I was told by the bus driver there was no possibility of me catching my transfer bus and it would be up to the next driver “if” I was even allowed to board the next bus. I’m 5’2, female and 110lb sopping wet. My transfer was “curbside”. After explaining this all to customer service I was told there are absolutely no transfer, adjustments or rescheduling. Unless your bus leaves after 120 minutes, 119 you’re sol. Even though I know for a fact two of the people on my bus were homeless and had no tickets the driver was rude and took cash handouts.
