The driver was very rude and was shouting at us in Bulgarian at the start and needed persuading to put our luggage on the coach, we still have no idea why. Mix up with seat numbers, resulting in an overcrowded coach and people being rejected. The journey took 9.5hrs in total 3hrs more than we were expecting. There was only ONE toilet/food break for the whole journey. So many drop offs at least 8 and we kept going off track adding so much time to the journey. Barely any air conditioning working in the 26 degree heat. Terrible experience overall.

When we left Sofia to Sunny Beach trip was good . When we left Sunny Beach to Sofia customers have to almost beg the driver for a bathroom stop ow and wifi was not available . I mean this is a 7 hour trip on top of it your company sold a ticket to a drunk and drugged customer that kept on bothering us on the trip by punching and kicking the seat where my girlfriend sat. To have to tolerate a drunk aggresive man for a short trip okay but for 7 hours it is too much all of us paid for a trip so we can return home in peace . Better judgement when selling a 7 hour trip to a drunk .
