Despite the global virus going on currently. The connection bus failed to show up on time. And we were stuck in the bus station for over 3 hours exposing ourselves even more to the deadly virus going around. We were also told that the second bus might not take more than 10 of us because of the virus.

Worst employees attitude I ever seen traveling on my entire life and I travel a lot .I'm a handicap with 2 knees replacement and my seat was the last one next to the smelly bathroom. Next to a big person like me . I have to stand for 3 hr aprox the entire trip from Tallahassee to Orlando. After I was waiting in the bus station the whole night from 12 am to 6:50 am . No one was able to explain me wish line I was suppose to go . No employees .I can mention other issues but I will have to write a book .
