Driver from West Palm to Orlando was very nasty and disrespectful to me and other passengers. He offer no assistant with baggage and treated us like he was having a really bad day like we had anything to do with it. I choose this bus line for been a reputable company with great customer service. I will think twice before taking Greyhound Buses next time.
