2.5 hrs delay without further notice. No specific information about departure place and time. Extremely aggressive, rude, angry drivers who could not speak a WORD in english, they kept on swearing me in bulgarian. Old, smelly, disgusting buses, without even belts or any safety mean provided. Never again, stay away.

The courtesy of the drivers was outstanding but the bus was delayed 5hrs, had to check its location 3 times for an accurate arrival time and did not get into the terminal for pick ups and it was raining so I had to get wet and wait for it outside :(

Very dissappointing. Cancelled My original schedule. Had to call them to put me on an earlier bus and this bus didnt Enter the station, it came from Madrid, they didnt Enter the station. Almost loose it! If i wasnt asking 1 hour ago, they wouldnt tell me where the bus was. They didnt gave me the cordinates but 1 minute before the bus decided to leave... the bus was dirty, the bathroom wasnt on use and the seats were awful. I felt it was a waste of money for the price i payed and the service i recieved .
