Bus never showed up and when emailed, they said to just get on the later bus. I was taking the bus because I was going to the airport. If I took the later bus, I would not have made my bus. Completely disappointed with Peter Pan. Do Not Use!
Terrible, terrible service. we arrived an hour early for a 1230 bus that was already late. said it would be leaving at 118. so, my friend and I left to go get something to eat and got back at 1230 and it said the bus was going to come at 158, so went to go get some drinks for the trip and when we returned at 110 the bus had came and left. Only saving grace was the Peter Pan bus heading out in 5 minutes so we hopped that bus after repurchasing tickets
It would be great if the driver could let the passengers in when the bus arrived to Hartford, instead of keeping the people on the cold street for 20 min. Also, it was rather dirty in the bus, the garbage was on the seat and under the seat.
The air conditioning was not working. Bus was so hot I thought people would pass out. Driver said sensor was starting that AC was functioning. Obviously the sensors on the bus were not functioning which to me makes the bus a safety hazard. Bus should not gave neen cleared for use. Never again on Peter Pan.
I was having a hard time finding the bus number on my electronic ticket and when I asked the bus driver if it was the correct bus there was minimal communication to confirm this. He just scanned my ticket. There were several buses headed to the Boston area that day but with different arrival locations. More communication would have been nice since I didn't want to spent 2+ hours on the bus and end up at the wrong location upon arrival.
I was told I was on the right bus and ended up in New York City instead of Boston. Im furious. My parents had to pick me up in NYC and I believe my phone was lost on the bus and no one was able to help me. So I in NYC without a phone which was a struggle. Luckily I made it home.
When I purchased the tickets I had bought them for the 1115. When you sent them to me they were for the 115 getting me to Boston at 330. Two and a half hours after the baseball game has started. I understand that you don’t do refunds but I would never have bought the tickets if I knew you guys were deciding my trip for me.
Worst scheduling ever saw on the internet. Third party says the bus is available and your site customer service rep says he can't change the ticket because it is not available. Never picking up your service again.
Great bus ride! We had another rider who was very obnoxious on the phone/facetime. I learned so much about his love life and breakfast. Luckily the bus driver confronted him on it and said if it was not an emergency to put the phone away. Great driver!
Catching the bus out of Hartford, CT was easy and enjoyable. CT is not known for friendly public transportation options so I'm happy Peter Pan is there to fill the void.
The bus left Hartford promptly and despite a little traffic upon arriving in Boston, it arrived within the timeframe that had been announced. The driver was friendly and it was a smooth ride.
Sign said bus was on schedule. However, was late and then we had to stand in line for a long time even though the bus was there, because we were waiting for another bus to arrive. Should have let us board. No reason we could see for that.
