There were 2 passengers that had like 4 extra bags, very big and heavy. The driver carried them, and handled extremely well a difficult situation that otherwise would have delayed the departure and
Very professional driver, cared about the overall comfort of all passengers. He had to request 3 times that one particular passenger not talk on her phone or talk so loud out of curtsey of others. On her way off the bus she accused him of being rude. I disagree with her 100%.
I have no complaints regarding Peter Pan itself. The bus was on time for departure and arrival, and it stopped right in front of the terminal at Logan. This was excellent. The only "problem" was the bus driver who was pretty unfriendly and drove like a cab-driver, meaning that he cut people off in traffic and went very fast, incl. lots of honking. Not sure if that's necessary for him to make the time in Boston, but I was surely glad the bus had seatbelts.
The trip was perfect. The driver, Peter, was excellent - very professional and highly skilled as well as friendly and helpful. My first time on Peter Pan in years, but I’m ready to make it a habit!
I was not allowed on bus because it was crowded and the driver told. Me that was no way to connect to Longan Airport my destination. I finally too a Peter Pan bus for a considerable additional sum. I am disappointed in the service from Providence -Boston and shall not booknit again.
The bus failed to show up at the proper stop, and no staff was present at Providence stop to provide instructions or directions, but staff at Boston station was nice in regards to handling refunds
In a word ... TERRIBLE. The bus was 40 minutes late and no staff communicated with any of us awaiting the bus to the airport to make connections to flights. When the bus finally arrived the staff was clueless about why the bus was late and what time we could count on arriving at the airport. At this point, I lost all confidence in Peter Pan and my husband drove me from Providence to Logan Airport.
When I got back from my trip, I called Peter Pan to report my complaint.
Fantastic experience on return to Providence on the Mar 17th bus (6p leaving Boston, arriving in Providence at 7p). I left my wallet on the bus and the staff found it, retained it and when I called they said to come down and pick it up. What a life saver.
I waited 1 hour for the bus to arrive at the airport, when it finally arrive,it did not stop for 1 minute and took off....also it did not stop at the official bus stop....very,very disappointed!
We bought the tickets 5 days in advance and we've got home 3 hours later because of that inconvenience!
My bus never arrived and the gird by the window said to buy a new ticket but after one and the haft hour later another bus arrived and finally I when to my destination
I was speaking on my telephone in the 3rd row when the driver turned around. I said, "Careful!" thrice before he spoke, because he partially veered the bus onto the highway shoulder. He then asked me to stop talking. I did. The ride was fine overall; I'd suggest that the driver practice-- when momentarily turning your body make sure that your hands keep the bus on the road. All's fine overall.
Please change your location to reflect the Kennedy Plaza change !!!!!!! My ticket said Kennedy Plaza and I waited there only to realize the bus location had moved in May 2017 and I missed my bus !!!!
