my bus didnt show up to the stop
Loved it saved me a bunch of stress going into Boston
Very professional driver, cared about the overall comfort of all passengers. He had to request 3 times that one particular passenger not talk on her phone or talk so loud out of curtsey of others. On her way off the bus she accused him of being rude. I disagree with her 100%.
The service is clean and neat and convenient. Although it was late, I had left myself a generous safety margin, so it wasn’t a problem for me .
Excellent service. Very kind driver.
I was told by a traveler on another bus, the traffic was very bad on the freeway.
I have no complaints regarding Peter Pan itself. The bus was on time for departure and arrival, and it stopped right in front of the terminal at Logan. This was excellent. The only "problem" was the bus driver who was pretty unfriendly and drove like a cab-driver, meaning that he cut people off in traffic and went very fast, incl. lots of honking. Not sure if that's necessary for him to make the time in Boston, but I was surely glad the bus had seatbelts.
The trip was perfect. The driver, Peter, was excellent - very professional and highly skilled as well as friendly and helpful. My first time on Peter Pan in years, but I’m ready to make it a habit!
I can not give a good review. When I got on the bus to Boston I found out 30 mins into ride that it was headed to nyc instead
Great service, helpful drivers/staff
Address Listed On E-Ticket Was Misleading As Greyhound Bus Did Not Arrive At Address Listed On Ticket
I was not allowed on bus because it was crowded and the driver told. Me that was no way to connect to Longan Airport my destination. I finally too a Peter Pan bus for a considerable additional sum. I am disappointed in the service from Providence -Boston and shall not booknit again.
Save and comfortable
Not very happy. Almost missed my plane. There should be a bus between 5:30 and 7:00 am. Not convienent. I was heading to Logan.
The bus failed to show up at the proper stop, and no staff was present at Providence stop to provide instructions or directions, but staff at Boston station was nice in regards to handling refunds
Bus delayed, missed pickup in Boston. Compensation would be nice for further travel using greyhound
Bus driver announced on the PA for me to stop using my essential oil for car sickness. I used 1 drop !!!
A very clean, convenient, and comfortable ride from Providence to Boston Logan.
It was a good trip for the great price! Everything worked as described!
In a word ... TERRIBLE. The bus was 40 minutes late and no staff communicated with any of us awaiting the bus to the airport to make connections to flights. When the bus finally arrived the staff was clueless about why the bus was late and what time we could count on arriving at the airport. At this point, I lost all confidence in Peter Pan and my husband drove me from Providence to Logan Airport. When I got back from my trip, I called Peter Pan to report my complaint.
Great service and friendly staff Thanks
A great trip
Peter Pan terminal outside Providence provides snack food, free paper, TV and closer access to my apartment than downtown Providence.
Fantastic experience on return to Providence on the Mar 17th bus (6p leaving Boston, arriving in Providence at 7p). I left my wallet on the bus and the staff found it, retained it and when I called they said to come down and pick it up. What a life saver.
It was very punctual and efficient. It wasn't any trouble. They are so professionals
Thanks Greyhound, easy and affordable
I waited 1 hour for the bus to arrive at the airport, when it finally arrive,it did not stop for 1 minute and took off....also it did not stop at the official bus stop....very,very disappointed! We bought the tickets 5 days in advance and we've got home 3 hours later because of that inconvenience!
Very comfortable seats. Excellent driver.
