Greyhound Boston Washington recent customer reviews
The trip was delayed by 2 hours. Connection wasn't possible. The trip that we change it for took 1 hour longer than expected and was also delayed. The connection was 3 hours long in a parking lot, no restrooms, no services. Bad experience.
The bus from New York to Washington was very dirty and unkempt. That made the ride uncomfortable. The staff were great and the ride itself was okay.
Greyhound is worst bus service that I have never seen in my life. They don’t even care about their customers. They just want to sell their tickets and that’s it they don’t even care about whether passengers are live or dead.. Their customer service is very worst. If you’re looking to have good travel experience, please don’t select greyhound.
