Ị have good trip
The bus never came on time. No one bothered to explain let alone apologise. It was horrible especially at the Boston station
We were waiting at NYC transfer station for 3.5 hrs. We were told there no driver. We were supposed to leave NYC at 1 am we ended up leaving there at 3:30 am . We were supposed to get to Washington at 5:30 am, we didn't get there until 8:30am. My daughter ended missing part of her orientation at Howard University. It was awful.
Bad smell Bad service Terrible delay, most of 1 hours
