Timely departure and arrival. Both drivers are a little rude. It did not help that I was a first long distance bus rider and had no adequate information. Asking questioning or seeking clarification felt like a huge inconvenience. I did not use to bus toilets but they could use a little cleaning or air freshening to minimize the smell in the bus. Looking forward to a more friendlier treatment in future rides!
