The bus driver stopped on the side of the road on a highway to scream to tell a toddler he doesn’t want to hear the speaker. He was very rude when we asked him where were we going when we arrived to Chicago early he didn’t respond to anyone I got off the bus at any stop due to his non communication
My bus to Chicago was canceled. Which made me miss my Chicago flight to Boston and the Boston bus. I lost a lot of money. The service did not inform us about anything. Now I drive your company bus to New York. The driver is some crazy woman who screams at everyone and the passengers are afraid of the driver.
