Bus Tickets from Atlanta, GA to Charlotte, NC

Bathrooms at Atlanta need to be repaired. 3 of 5 not working. Same condition as they have been for weeks. Both drivers excellent. Very good and skilled. Turned off all interior lights such that I could not read. Is this typical?

I did not enjoy the small seats, very uncomfortable, frequent changes in drivers, the first driver was coughing and spitting into something , very disgusting, bathroom smelled awful , no movies were played , not knowing bus stops or the fact being dropped off infront of a store front, terrible. Customers coming back on the bus smelling like marijuana which gave me a headache. Not a great experience

The bus driver said we had 15 minutes to stop and get something to eat when she only gave us bout 8 minutes and then she left me in Piedmont, SC with my bags still on the bus

the customer service staff is incoherent, with dishonest attitudes, I had to threaten to call the police because they did not give me my suitcase.

Our bus was over 11 hours delayed and when we were finally able to board a bus, they said we didn’t have a valid ticket, because they just CANCELED our bus and didn’t tell us that we needed a new ticket! The staff tried to help us but there were several buses that got canceled so the station was packed with people! For the new tickets there was a line of about 35 people and it took forever! We ended up getting a rental car and just drive to our destination since we had a plane to catch and with this we lost the whole day we wanted to spend in our destination and we had to go the airport straight agay!!

The bus driver wasn't announcing the stops and people who are first travelers should feel safe to know they won't miss there stop. The driver was very rude and couldn't provide clear information on where we was. Ignored passengers when asking and put me an hour and a half out from where I booked my ticket to be. Very unprofessional and prejudice. Lack of communication and understanding. I was stranded in Greensboro for an 1hr and 25mins at the wrong destination. Anything could have happened to me and he had no other solution beside saying he didn't want to talk to me and I shouldn't have gotten on his bus if I didn't know.

Did the driver speak English? Seemed like he didn’t. No help loading or unloading luggage!! The bus itself was smelly and dirty. Very unsatisfactory! The bus was pulled over by armed police! Never found out why. They went thru my and other’s luggage and came into the bus. Took about one hour. We never were told why.
