Bus condition was marginal and Houston terminal was not a pleasant experience
bus driver was okay, front desk people were a bit rude
The rest room could be more hygienic and well maintained
Nice Experience , Right on time.
I was there right at the exact time of the departure time for the bus due to transportation issues this morning. However, the bus passed right in front of me without even looking at me. I had to wait at the station for an extra 4 hours for the next bus. I really did not appreciate the strictness of the system, I even made a phone call asking them if they can give me a spare ONE minute when I was making my way there. I was really disappointed. However, I do want to give credit to your employee Jerry, he handled the situation, and the issue very well. He was able to handle an unhappy customer without breaking the rules. Very professional, but yet still personable. Great job on customer service!
