I never had the chane to aboard the travel and missed a very important appointment and was suspended from the event unfortunately for three months thanks be to greyhound it was a total disaster i let my kids down this Christmas because of the appointment i missed it hurts and is an unpleasant feeling i just want to yell to the top of my lungs I've even let my spouse down as well because of the lack of assistance i received as a first time traveler from Houston by way of greyhound

I bought a ticket to arrive in Houston and was directed on a bus to San Antonio. Once I arrived there I wanted to get on a bus to Houston and was told there was nothing that could be done, even though I already paid for a ticket to Houston.

Awful experience with greyhound
Im very dissapointed. I traveled from Austin to Houston, and I wanted to leave my luggage for 12 hours in the station (i had a plane next moring to cath) and i had to buy another ticket to leave the luggage, so I paid almost a 30 dollars for the storrage.
Good busses, but the Greyhound station in Houston has too many people just loitering around and begging - way in the morning as well as later, although they had security in the afternoon. Felt unsafe specially in the morning hours.

Your driver got lost to downtown Houston, half way to Pearland, I had to get off and ride metro
The bus showed up late and left about 45 mins late overall delaying the trip from Austin to Houston. The driver was very nice though and personable.
It was ok, the staff is reasonably friendly. Bathroom was disgusting as usual. Ok is the general feeling I get from Greyhound.
Great experience and the price is right.
