It was fast and felt safe. I didn’t love that I sat by the toilet, my seat didn’t recline and my footrest didn’t come down.

The driver was not very inviting, very rude and aggressive. The bus was dirty and way behind schedule.

This was my first time taking redcoach from Austin to Houston. When tracking my bus, it seemed like it went to the UT stop first and then missed our stop entirely, heading out to East Austin on the route to Houston. When I called for help after waiting 45 minutes, they said it was just a “tracking error” on the map and that the bus would be there in fifteen minutes without explaining why it took an hour to get to our stop in the first place, just blaming it on bad traffic. It was a Sunday morning. There was no “bad traffic”. And then our ability to track the bus turned off right a few minutes before the tracking had previously said it was going to arrive. Thankfully, the bus finally arrived 70 minutes after its scheduled arrival time, but they gave us no refunds or apology. The chairs were comfy, though.

Took an hour once I was on the bus just to leave town because we had to retrace our steps to get more folks missed the first time, bus was freezing, driver ran a red light and didn't yield to a fire truck. Driver pulled over to the side of the highway once during the journey then also turned around once to take another highway. 4:40-7:40 bus got in past 9.

Very nice servcie and driver was friendly. We had seats at the rear, near the toilet and the exhaust vent cover in the toilet was loose and made quite a racket during the trip everybtime the bus braked or accelarated.

I bought a ticket to arrive in Houston and was directed on a bus to San Antonio. Once I arrived there I wanted to get on a bus to Houston and was told there was nothing that could be done, even though I already paid for a ticket to Houston.
