Bus Tickets from Austin, TX to Toronto, ON

Greyhound is the worst company. Most of the drivers were not respectful. Shouting at passengers, taking very long smoke breaks despite the fact that we were late to our destination. The buses do not run on schedule. Once one bus is late, it ruins your whole schedule. Instead of putting us on the next available bus they scheduled us for a bus that will be departing 6 hours later. Due to the late buses people were sleeping in the floors. The washrooms at the greyhound terminals were not taken care of. I took pictures. Very dirty. urine all over the seats and floor. Greyhound must do better. I will never take it again. When I called to voice my complaints the staff were rude including the supervisor Mr.Castro. They have poor record keeping. Even though I was the primary person to purchase the tickets, using MY credit card, the customer service representative insisted on speaking to another passenger stating that he was the one the purchased the tickets. This was incorrect and they didn’t have any proof. They need to get there act together. I will advise every person that I know to avoid taking the greyhound. I’ll absolutely disgusted
