I always had great experience with Canada Bus, but this time bus was freezing cold, I asked the driver he said there is some technical fault and he is not able to turn off the AC. It was quite cold inside the bus.

The bus wasn’t on time they did give us a notice that it was gonna be late and fastest trip ever
The driver was fantastic! We had the unfortunate timing of driving through a snow storm, but he reassured all the passengers that despite delays we'll get there alright. He handled the roads with finesse and I felt safe the entire time. Great experience!
The actual bus ride was great but no one notified me that the bus stop I was departing from had moved locations so I first showed up at the original location as indicated on my ticket and then had to hurry and get get an Uber to the new location once i figured out they had moved.
Customers have expressed mixed opinions about the bus service. Some positive reviews mention friendly drivers, punctuality, and efficient rides. However, negative feedback includes issues such as lack of amenities like internet and charging points, uncomfortable seats with no AC or heat in extreme weather conditions, small buses instead of proper ones as advertised, and delays without explanations. It is also worth noting that some customers experienced rough rides due to maintenance issues with the buses.
Cold Shot Calgary Edmonton recent customer reviews
The service was reasonably good but could've been improved by providing the passengers with more individual space within the vehicle. Also I don't feel its reasonable to let any animals on board aside from certified guide dogs.
Bus broke down mid trip in red deer, took 1 hour from sitting in bus getting cold to get cabs to take us somewhere warm while we wait for a new bus
I will ever use this company ever again very unprofessional from the moment we left fifteen minutes late from Calgary , then we arrived in Red Deer which we were told only a fifteen minutes brake but to my surprise the driver took twenty five minutes also pulled to the side of the round about road very unsafely statrted to argue with her supervisor on the phone 📞 we all told her to drive so finally she got us on our first stop at 10:46 am instead of a noted time of arrival at 10:00, they should not even have unqualified drivers riding their buses
