In all categories the trip was good to very good. But at 6 foot + the leg room could be a bit more for a relaxed sleep.
The bus driver was very kind and considerate, well done to him
Great all around experience
No wifi and I paid for it
The driver did his best to get us to Downtown Edmonton on time but there were protesters blocking access to the bus stop, a few blocks away. Ebus service was ok but does not offer the same standards as Red Arrow, who has online options to watch movies, and a minibar with coffee/tea and snacks. Ebus should do the same.
Norm was a great driver and the journey was quicker than anticipated
Overall decent ride
Our great driver was Adrian and he was friendly and professional. A nice relaxing ride.
After boarding the service was good but with many stops , the stops should be less Thanks
The bus was only late because of the roads. He drove well. All good!
The bus could have been cleaner.
Best bang for ur buck on trips from Edmonton or Calgary and return. They don’t have many buses but if the timeframe works for u definatley the way to go
In general it was good
Perfect trip and enjoyed it!
Everything was on time and the driver was helpful with baggage.
Courtious staff including the driver. Bus was clean.
The bus ride was surprisingly nice. It was my first time. Everything was good except for when I had my bag placed on the wet floor.
Great! Would 100% book again, thanks!
It was great! Super easy and much more affordable than a flight.
The greeters and the station were nice, everyone I came in contact with was great. The driver was so nice and checked I was getting on the right bus after the break. Also seemed to be a safe driver. Even in the snowy conditions. The only problem was I was only able to use wifi for the first 20 mins of the trip but I planned to work on the bus instead of driving.
This is my first time to use a bus for long distance but overall it was a good experience
The driver was excellent and the seats were more comfortable than I expected when I was booking the ticket. It was a pleasant surprise and I will definitely use your service again.
