The bus was scheduled to arrive nearly two hours before it actually did. The driver seemed exhausted. Other passengers at the front of the bus were concerned too.
This bus is garbage. supposed to arrive at 3:40 pm but 0:00 am now and still not arrived. never use. We have to appreciate that they ruin my travel plan
Never take your bus again it was over 2 hours late to arrive in montreal which in turn had me stuck on the streets from 2 am in the morning and a cab for 250 to get where i was going cause the metro last was around 1 am and the bus was due to arrive in montreal for 11:15 pm which would of giving me enough time to catch the metro before it closed for the night now i am stuck in Montreal and can't get back Brantford ontario where im from not impressed
The driver for the second segment appears careless about his core job --driving safely. He chated on the phone almost the whole trip. Although the trip was safe, it was scary to see such driving behavior.
The bus that picked me up from Pearson Air Port was almost an hour late. Then the driver that picked us up late was Extremely rude. He was yelling at other passengers telling them that they missed the bus and that he wasn’t late. He rushed me off the bus in Toronto, told me to get on the wrong bus and then told me “I wasn’t very smart.” Then both buses I was on had no heat. And it is Extremely cold outside. So I did not have a good experience.
My mom can not speak english and the lady at greyhound Cheryl helped her get on the bus and told the driver to help her in Ottawa for the connecting bus.
The bus I took from Toronto arrived late to its destination (Ottawa) by approx. 45 minutes, ended missing my connection to Montreal because of this for my part, almost missed its entire stop to Kanata beforehand. The driver seemed inexperienced and numerous people inside the bus questioned his decisions while travelling, pointing out just how late we would be.
Fortunately for me there was another bus going to Montreal two hours later and the staff from this point on was very professional and organized.
Still, its safe to say that I'll never take a bus for traveling long distances again (that isn't direct, at least).
They should not open a connection route at the airport, since if it is delayed we cannot reach the Toronto bus, please coordinate your connections better, thanks.
There was a problem with the restroom and caused stinky smell until the repair in stop. Bus was really unconfortable and has problems with its aircondutioning. Hoping to i will not have to get it again.
We honestly have had one of the worst customer service ever, the staff were aggressive, rude and unprofessional, also the buses were freezing cold, and about the tickets ! Are we still in the 90s? Cause man printed tickets in 2019 what is that about?!
The service on my way back was good except for the lady at Toronto Coach terminal who was calling the Greyhound passengers. We did not understood when she told us to look at the top left corner of our tix and look for 11 to 20. We all understood 11220... And could not find it! She got mad and impatient with a lot of us... And I ubderstood only when I asked another lady (philopino or latina) what it meant and, without making me feel like I am dumb, she exained to me what to look for. Other than that, loved it!
Really awful. Busses never came on time. Staff wasn’t helpful. Missed my connections. Arrived in Montréal 4 hours later than I was supposed to. Wasn’t offered any food vouchers compensation. Bus staff were very rude, yelling at riders. Couldn’t believe how awful the experience was. Should have put the money up for a train.
The first two stops were not only a waste of tickets as it didn't even show up. But I was able to WALK TO the THIRD STOP. Honestly I will never use greyhound again.
i will never use your bus line again staff whwn buying ticket was not well informed and did not give infoematuon never again and i will tell every one i know on what bad service is and to never use it
Bus left terminal in Toronto and then turned back and returned to the station with no explanation from the driver. Picked up 2 passengers and then the rest of trip to Ottawa was excellent.
The driving was safe & on time. Bus was relatively clean.
I wish the bus had wifi on the long Toronto-Ottawa route. It was only available on the short Ottawa-Montreal route. The Bus driver did not communicate before, during, nor after the ride except to yell the stop name.
It is impossible to find the greyhound stop in Scarborough town centre. Was more than an hour early for bus and almost missed it. Stopped and asked 3 different employees of mall and they didn’t know where to get on. Absolutely no parking anyway overnight for bus Nightmare experience
