Awful service, won't take it again.
Regular: -bus arriving after the scheduled departure (whereas the email said to be there half an hour before) -After 20 minutes a 30 minutes stop where we were forced to go outside (I would be better to know this in advance)
I was about to die from the freezing weather as we waited 1.5 hours for the bus standing on our feet!
They were late. By an hour. Then had went through city center
J ai été satisfait
the seat choice options were lacked and it was really cold inside
I'm disgusted. I missed my concert that I paid an enormous amount of money for. who do I speak to to about this?
Good service. good price, friendly staff.
I had a terrible experience on my trip. The driver put extremely loud music and several times to turn the attention to talk to passengers while driving. In addition, the bus had a serious defect in the brake, so it was necessary to change vehicles in the middle of the trip.
No space for legs, a/c wasn’t working
It was fast and efficient
long stops and smelly lavatory
Bus delayed with no explanation - driver didn’t speak english so was difficult to communicate with him.
Worth the money.
I am giving 5 star to Euro Lines for their punctuality. Also, the Bus has a good leg space. Hence, all in all a good experience.
Bus dirty, toilet out of use, no WiFi, no light to read, only after having asked the driver,
Bus showed up late. On top of that apparently we had to check in with the office per driver . This resulted us in getting the worst seats in the bus even though we had been waiting 30 mins before its scheduled arrival. Will absolutely avoid in the future.
The staff were not very friendly
substandard services provided to us
Bus did not show up. Waited 1 hour then had to buy another ticket for another bus
Very bad service, careless staff. Delayed
The bus came late. After 40minutes only the bus arrived. Then, the bus station closed at 1am and all the passengers including me need to wait for the bus outside the bus station in the cold and rain for more than 2 hours. Lastly, when the bus arrived, the driver do not even say sorry for coming 40minutes late and they treat us madly. Very bad experience for me.
Trying to find from where the bus left, was quite hard. But we managed to find some very helpful employee that helped us find the bus stop. The ride in itself was very good, the seats were very comfortable. Overall it was all good.
The bus driver was extremely rude. He used profanity while speaking to me. The bus was over an hour late.
The driver was so friendly and helpful
Driver was great and got us there early.
it came a bit late, but arrived the destination even earlier
the A.C was really cold
