Our bus driver was awesome. He never gave up on us, but the BlaBlaBus admin was slacking. They didn’t let us know our bus would be late till 20 minutes before it came which was over an hour after it was supposed to be there. Then it came and something was broken in the engine (I believe a belt on the AC unit) but luckily we still got off. They then failed to reserve a ferry spot for us so we had to wait three hours for the next ferry.
It rubbish bus no WiFi no charge for the phone, the chair isn't comfortable for long travel so I'll never take this bus again
Bus drivers was excellent having no toilet on board no chargers and WiFi not working won’t be using again

They left 16 year old passenger alone in port Dover. In London was impossible to find a bus at Victoria station. As a results my son has to walk himself from a port terminal to a next village during 40 min for to look for alternative way to get to London. His luggage is lost, because we can’t find any info where the bus stop in London or where they drop lost luggage. Nobody at Victoria Station has any clue about your company RegioJet. My son still not arrived in London 6 hours later and the luggage is lost
