The Tijuana ACN station is dirty, and there are many flys (Moscas) inside the waiting area.
The bus was late to the arrival, scheduled for 140pm and arrived at 3pm.
The ride was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I can't review because the bus did not show up.
The bus had no air conditioning and the seats were not working properly so rude was unpleasant
I will not be traveling with this bus line again, the driver was rude he was rushing us to get on the bus cause he was late, we left at 11:15 am when I was supposed to leave at 10:30 am Got to my destination 8:30 pm when I was supposed to be there at 5:10 pm.

The guy in the waiting room does not speak english at all.
The waiting room is dirty and full of stuff.
Also, there is no wi-fi.
The most dissapointing, however, is that the ticket stated clearly, that the bus departs from Mexico city at 9:00 PM.
However, it had just arrived there at 10:50 PM, and moreover made another stop later in Mexico at 11:10 PM.
So rather than hurrying up to 9:00, I could have easily come by 11:10 and to a different station...

The bus passed through the station, but did not pull in. We were not sure if it was our bus until it already left, and then we had to chase it down. The staff told us they would let us know when the bus arrived, but they only did so when the bus was on its way out. This was not a language barrier - there was no announcement of the bus's arrival.

When I got to the bus stop I was told my tickets were not registered and they were assuring we were not registered. I called the bus company and they had told me the same thing but once the owners at the bus stop heard me talking to the bus company they automatically called me over to tell me that the are registered. However for an hour they were assuring me that my ticket was not registered. Very bad communication and customer serviced on part from the owners of this bus stop.

ACN autobuses are very comfortable. They use the TV's, tha AC, overall, the autobuses are very good!

I was very un happy with the customer service . I was hung up on 3 times and when I arrived to my bus location they said they had sold me a ticket however there was no room for me on bus and left me there at bus stop .
Horrible! How do you sell a ticket for a bus company that dosent even offer that route!
So much more comfortable than Greyhound! The volume of the movies played was unpleasantly loud.

Was not on time and cost me a lot of money. Was very disappointed with the outcome.
I payed for a bus service, not a Van service. They didn’t have the seat that I payed for and they “paid” for another seat at ANOTHER Vas company!! I left 2 hrs late. I don’t even know how I am going to return home because they might not have my seat again and I do not wish to return in a Van when I paid for a bus service
