I enjoyed the comfortable seats, on time departure, and safe arrival. I didn't enjoy that they said the trip would take 1 hr 55 minutes when it really took 3 hours 30 minutes. In a perfect world the journey might be under two hours, but in reality, it is rarely under three.

Bus was an hour and a half late. Didn’t have a bathroom. Bus driver wouldn’t stop. Stuck in tons of traffic. Was supposed to leave at 10:10 and get there at 12:45. Bus left at 11:40 and we arrived at 3:15. Wasted our entire day traveling. Will not us AU ever again! Use ADO instead.

On time. The safety belts were not working. There was no tags for the bags identification which was of concern. There was no QR code scanning of the tickets.
