My bus from Mazatlan to Guadalajara never showed up. They told me they would get me on another bus and to wait just a few minutes. I was as finally able to get on another bus over an hour later and it took 2 hours longer than the original schedule. However the ride was smooth and comfortable.

The bus is great comfortable and safe but the process was horrible . Our ticket was not accepted because it had no bar code ( which weren't being scanned anyway)but various people told us it was ok.the wouldn't let us on our bus , but finally the driver went to check an an agent inside the terminal checked the computer and said we were fine. This was after making us take our luggage off. There were about 4 seats left on the bus so I don't know why such difficulties
