Norte de Sonora bus company did not exist at the Guadalajara or any Guadalajara bus company terminals. I had to go with futura bus company leaving at 12:50pm instead of departing at 11:20am with so called Norte de Sonora. All the staff members would not help me because they said this company is not a thing. The baggage handler for the buses request i get on a bus of any and the workers admin for the bus company futura said it was ok only because the bus didn't show at 11:20am

I have to say, this is hands down the single worst bus trip I have ever taken. The bus was 3 hours late. Arriving at 3 am. The bus driver was playing loud music the whole night and would not turn it down slightly when asked. The air conditioning was on full the whole night also which was not necessary. I would not recommend this to anybody and will be actively advising people to NOT to use this company. Very unsatified. I expect a refund for the three tickets we purchased.

As a traveller I travel by bus a lot. Pacifico has been the only one where it was incredibly hard to print my already purchased bus ticket. Every other bus I’ve travelled on would print it for me once at the station. I missed my first pacific bus because this was such a hard task for them. The staff were difficult and not very helpful.
The toilet facilities in the bus were a disgrace. There was no toilet paper. For a 7 hour bus ride you’d expect some toilet paper.
