Expressway User Reviews
Expressway receives praise for its punctuality and comfortable buses, with passengers appreciating the clean environment. However, some users reported delays in bus arrivals and departures, along with issues such as unclear signage at stops, lack of onboard toilets, limited legroom, non-functional Wi-Fi, and occasionally unfriendly driver interactions. Despite these concerns, many found the journey enjoyable due to scenic views.
Being a bad bus traveler i was very anxious about the trip. The bus driver was so pleasant and helpful, and a very good driver. They were a couple of incidents(other drivers driving out of side roads and roundabouts while bus had right of way) that could have angered a driver but he seemed so in control and unstressed and calm.

I thought the journey was my Good valueand convenient. However, due to being in a wheelchair as I have MS and a spinal injury, I was also travelling alone. The bus driver was unhelpful, Grumpy, bossy . He grunted at me when I was trying to be polite. He was Grumpy with all the passengers especially when some people didn't have the ticket barcode on their phone and had printouts of them. He was impatient and rude to some passengers. I enjoyed the journey though Also the WiFi wouldn't connect to my phone, I couldn't listen to my music or watch a movie for the duration of the journey.

Bus did not turn up for 2 hours! Left standing at the bus stop! Nowhere to sit at bus stop not even a ledge. No explanation for why the bus didn’t turn up or the next bus was late! Very unreliable service

On line scheduling was easy. Bus was (only) 15 minutes late, not too bad. However, I had stomach ache & dry heaves throughout the 3+ hour trip to Sligo. Very disappointed. Never again!

Very comfy bus. Excellent driver - very helpful & courteous to everyone and the journey was smooth and no delays.

Very good. Quick and efficient. Only difficulty was in finding the correct zone at Dublin airport as it was my first time using the Drogheda route.
