There were people on the bus who didn't know the bus would stop at all the little towns, and these people were angry. If they would have had a little map with all the stops, they may have been easier to deal with.
I waited in the freezing temps for 40 minutes and the bus never arrived. Tried calling customer service, didn’t get an answer, the app bus tracker also was not providing bus location information.
This has been my 45th time I've rode Greyhound/Jefferson Lines busses, and absolutely, by ar my worst traveling experience I've ever had.
The woman working at Union Station in St. Paul was fabulous! Chicago, was by far the worst of everything when service, promptness, and ethics were completely absent.
I needed to be in Tulsa, OK already. Why those women working the counter for Greyhound rerouted my trip for departure from Chicago an HOUR after I was to arrive at my destination was in fact avoidable when I counted 4 seperate busses went to the same exact city as my rerouted trip had stated BEFORE my new trip departure. Not one of them busses were half full. It seemed there were favoritism being displayed with attitude and arrogance. It is currently 10:45pm, and I am not even halfway through my trip. I do not even know what sense it made to route me east an extra 700 miles, and 47 hours to make my trip which should've been MPLS to K.C., then K.C.to Tulsa. ABSURD!
I have been offered nothing whatsoever to compensate my unacceptable loss of time, and instead was cut short with rude, tones, and avoidance.
Chicago's Station needs a better business bureau visit, and I should be compensated in someway.
I may have ridden the busses for international travel for the last time.
Great trip overall, comfortable and quiet. I'd definitely improve your directions to where your bus arrives and how to get there (specifically for MSP airport) as I found myself a bit lost and confused if I was at the right place. Turns out I was but some signage saying "stop here for Jefferson Lines bus" or something would be fantastic just to reassure people they are at the correct place
I was on the wrong bus and ended up in valley city and it was up to me to get to Watertown it cost me 150 dollars some nice people went out of there way to get me to Watertown plus a 73 dollar ticket
Jefferson airlines cancelled their route without notifying me. When I arrived at the bus station (15 minutes before) I was told the bus was canceled and the next one would be 24 hours later.
The bus was late because of bad weather, but our driver (a young gal) was very kind and drove us very carefully through terrible weather and road conditions. She was amazing!!
Horrible customer service! I spent hours in the cold with my child only to find out the bus was canceled today until tomorrow. No notification was given
I got no warning that my trip was canceled, couldnt get no one on the phone, the printing of the bus ticket made so I couldnt go. How can I go if I can print, i am really upset.
Bus driver was very late and then was rude, talked disrespectfully for absolutely no reason and unprofessional once she arrived. She then pulled over on the side of the highway to use the restroom.
It was bad weather & it was actual about a little over a hour late & right around a hour late.
So it's totally understandable & the bus driver was fantastic
I tried to call for confirmation of cancellation and was on hold for 30 minutes, even though the answer would have taken one minute. I was also not informed of the cancellation prior to my bus's supposed arrival.
Bus driver from Fargo was all business so felt uncomfortable. Do like it when they tell where we are stopping along the way especially when it’s dark. Only thing I’d say for trip from Fargo to mples
Jefferson lines are fine except for the driver I had today and last week. Late both times. Doesn't have any sense of urgency and took the time to have a cigarette at each stop
Jefferson bus lines are fine except for this driver. He has been the driver for two trips that I have taken. He doesn't take the quickest route and is late . He is the type of person who will make the bus late everytime
The bus was full and so so hot .so hot that I at 60 got Carrick. The driver was all over the road n tailgating n hitting his breaks . He was a nice man , but the trip was miserable n scary . I actually had a mpls . Passenger get off in Maple Grove with me as he was sick as well.
They charged us for our luggage which should have been free. Other people on the bus didn’t get charged. We have never been charged before. Dissatisfied with that
