I didn’t understand which bay the us was leaving from. Not very obvious for the anglophone. If possible include the bay number especially at such a large bus station ( I left from BA)

The seats were comfortable. The toilet did not work, so I did not use it throughout the 24 hour bus ride. It smelled like pee. The bus arrived 5.5 hours later than expected. We were not given a hot meal as was listed in the comfort package. We didn’t even have the opportunity to buy water during the extended trip except at one stop in hour 2 of the trip. The entertainment was only on for about 5 hours. A lot of the charging outlets were not functioning on the bus.

Suite bus not available at Puerto Iguazú, had to change in Pasados, this meant a seat change to one I had no booked, I asked for a singluar seat or my original booked seat and was told it was already occupied. Not happy

first bus was cramped (no leg room )dirty, the second bus had more leg room but the seat back was broken and would flop all the way back every time the bus took off.
