Everything was perfect, but it arrived very late at the destination
Everything was nice. Seats were clean and sleeping was better than expected. The bus was late because of a rock slide which was not the bus' fault. One issue I do have is there is no grey water tank on this bus. All excrement waste is dumped on the street for vehicles to drive over. This is certainly illegal in Canada and the USA but I'm not sure about the laws in Peru. Either way, it's pretty yucky.
My bus arrived 1 hour earlier in nazca and then was continuing to lima. They didn't wake me up. I put an alarm and when i woke up i realised we have passed nazca! I had to get of the bus in the middle or nowhere at 4am to find a way to get back to nazca or else i would end up in lima
All good. Very nice bus and staff. We were only late because of heavy rain, could not be helped
The lady hosting the bus would not give my travel buddy extra sick bags when she was throwing up and would not give her water afterwards. Luckily we had water and kind passengers on the bus offered their sick bags. Later during the journey when I had ran out of water, I had to demand that she gave me some because she didn’t want to give it to me.
Very comfortable, helpful staff.
Great experience. Good good, good seat. Slept very well.
Good bus, we had a good sleep overnight to Nazca.
Way better then was expecting. Awesome!
The chair I got kept returning to its original position. It was frustrating.
Nobody from the staff speaks English!!! That’s not very professional for a transport - touristic company!! When i wanted to ask the guy for my breakfast he could not tell me something, because he don’t understand! Also the air temperature regulation was not good! First, way too hot and then freezing cold! And again...the guy from the staff could not understand me when I was talking to him about that! At least everybody should speak just some basic words!
bad wifi on board
The bus was stuck for 5 hours, the crew said it will take a few minutes, and after the problem was solved, the estimation time to destination was wrong
The facilities of the bus was good. Eventhough the films where synchronized in spanish there were english subtitles. The seats were very good, but it wasn't possible to reach the footplates properly, which made our knees Hurt. And the bus was a bit cold
Staffs were very good.
Good Service but given the road I felt the Driver was too aggressive. A couple of times beyond 90 km.
Paid for the safer route via Arequipa to Ica but bus tool the dangerous night route via the Andes. Staff declined any kind if refund.
To much hot in the bus
Excellent service and loved the comfort of the seats
Looked after us well
if the bus provided sick bags it would be good. Hope they caught the snake they were following when they built the road from Cuzco to Nazca.
Although it was a very long trip the staff continued to stop to pick up others on route presumably to make some extra cash? Therefore it was extremely cramped and uncomfortable!!!
Amazing buses they have!
air condition didn´t work.neither did heating in the night
They shouldn' t play 3 hours of adverts.
