1/ the seats were not 160 degree as advertised 2/ the driver was overly fast at night, many of the passengers were sick 3/ service was not very friendly - the staff seemed stressed
We had to change our seats and the office staff at Nazca were very helpful in doing this and also at the time of boarding the coach
Said there was free wifi but there wasn’t. No place to charge your phone on a 14hr bus trip. Windy roads wth lost of people vomiting and cramped seating
It was a great experience.
it was so hot on the bus my daughters friend fainted. Can we get a refind! as she was sick the rest of the trip
It was a good ride but very delayed
Bus was 4 and a half hours late which meant we missed a tour in Cuzco we had booked in advance. We also didn’t receive dinner on the bus because it was so late.
The staff were great but the bus swayed around hills for the entire journey making for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend the bus journey in future.
Fine service overall, staff was helpful, but would have been Nice with a check on the second floor once in a while since the aircon was turned off the first 6 hours of the drive, making it impossible to sleep
Comfortable and clean bus, good lugagge handling, friendly staff - but our bus arrived almost three hours late (+2h 45 mins).
Ticket times are important. Was told to get to the terminal at 845 for a 9pm depart. Diddnt leave till after 10. And a
9:20pm was scheduled bus time, didn’t leave until 10:30pm. On way to Cuzco, there was a three hour delay because of snow/ice and Tepsa did not have chains.
Great bus, blankets and food given out, maybe they should let the customers know when this will happen. The hostess was not very helpful
1. Delay arrival: scheduled 21:30 but actually arrived at 00:05 2. according to the memo, there'd be hot meal. But there was nothing hot except breakfast bread 3. There was no WI-FI available
The bus was 1.5h too late and stopped constantly along the road to take other local people on the bus
Delayed almost 2h from Nasca. Wifi did not work.
Over an hour late and no flexibility made in buses.
The staff on this trip were unbelievably bad. Despite repeated requests to turn off heaters, we were all trapped on an 85+degree bus for 16 hrs. It was suffocating. At only terminal stop on route driver refused to let us off for toilets or to get water. Finally relinquished but before even 3 of us had used bathroom he had pulled out of lot and driving slowly away making people run after him. Only when spouses tried to get off and threats about their passports being on the missing spouse did he finally stop. A half hour later he stopped at a roadside camp where he and his crew ate a hot breakfast while we all stood by side of road in a remote location where we could not even get a bottle of water. 16 hrs in a bus where radiators at my side had to be covered with blankets as they were too hot to touch, and no access to water and NO service. Don't know why they even bothered to put a attendant on board... This was such a contrast to all our other bus trips. Would suggest people walk rather than take this company with this particular crew!
The air conditioner was too hot in midnight. But driver and staff are very nice. Good choice for the price.
Good service. Thanks
It was 2 hours late, otherwise great. Very comfortable seats.
