I went to zone 20 Terminal 2 Dublin Airport with my 77 yr old after collecting our luggage at 11.30pm. The bus had left it was due to leave at 11.45pm leaving us cold & stranded. There was no one to help or guide us very stressed we found a man who told us about Translink which we got 2 hrs later. After travelling all day from Italy we eventually got home at 4.00am . Very unhappy fired & cold I will be making an official complaint.
All three drivers were 5 star proffesionals. Handled a very stressful situation that developed in Dublin due to diverted flights. First driver leaving t2 11:45 should be commended on his customer care during a stressful encounter. Made a very frustrating experience alot easier. Credit to the company.
little late, alot of chaos to get on board even having booked trip. overall its ok just bus little late and already 70% full before arriving to airport was a rought . had to fight with ald granny for last seat, i won
I asked the driver for a some imformation and he was very helpful. The coach was warm as it was a cold day it was also very clean and comfortable apart from someone leaving chewing gum on the seat.
