Good service. Driver was amazing and helpful
Very polite driver. Nice and clean coach. Arrived on time. Very good service.
A good safe service , and comfortable buses
When we booked the tickets it said we would have toilet but we didn't.It was really cold even with jackets on and we should of had wifi but i didn't
Ulsterbus were great, they facilitated the journey in Northern Ireland. Their Scottish counterparts, City link, did the Glasgow to Cairnryan Ferry Terminal link. Unfortunately, although the coach driver loaded luggage onto the storage area under the bus at Glasgow bus station, he didn't feel it necessary to unload it for passengers at the ferry terminal. Thank goodness for other courteous and polite travellers, otherwise I'd still be wrestling with my case ! Other than that the travel was satisfactory.
very good thx
Well coordinated. Nice bus no issues.
the staff are good people, but the management of tickets and logistics can improve
Great service helpful staff
smooth trip, on time and no hassle
Unfortunately I was not allowed to board the Stena boat at Cairnryan
Total disgrace leaving ppl stranded at cairnryan once boat has dropped us off lodging a complaint tomorrow
The bus seemed dirty and as we sat near the rear of the coach the overwhelming smell of urine made me feel sick. Not a journey I would like to repeat.
I turned up a 7.10 and was due to leave at 8.40 as it stated we needed to be there a hour before but the office didn't even open to 9am. I then went on the bus and the toilet was discusting. There was no wifi or power sockets as it says so my battery on my phone was low before I arrived which caused me anxiety as I had to message when I arrived to be collected by family
it was very nice comfortable journey
