I was told the bus stopped once between Granada and Malaga so when it stopped for a second time I assumed that was the airport. In fact it was the bus station so I had to get a taxi. The driver should announce where the stops are
Bus drivers could be friendlier, I was rushed and misdirected and missed my stop had to spend price on a taxi because I was taken to airport in Malaga even though I was only to Malaga bus terminal, but the driver yelled in Spanish and Idid not understand I was meant to get off when I should of, it wasn’t this trip but a previous stop. Driver did not read my ticket propertly
I'm very satisfied by the ALSA Organisation and also the bus driver on my journey. Very friendly, helpful and also a smooth driver. I don't know his name but I hope you'll show him this lines. Also he was very helpful and careful with my guitar. Thanks!
Very confusing fir none Spanish speakers to ensure they are on the right bus. No one to help and drivers are miserable and don’t speak English. All good once on the bus.
Nothing particular. The taf was done. However it was too cold in the bus, really I was happy to arrive at destination and warm outside because the AC was too strong.
The Premium buses are nice, but they all don't have sockets, and some have but they don't work. Also the bus is either to hit or too cold. But besides that, they are punctual, the drivers are nice and there is free water on board. I would recommend the Premium but the normal one is fine too. I just prefer the layout of the Premium buses.
Reliable service in general but the bus arrive 20 min late despite absence of traffic. The bus made many stops that did not allow to keep within the promised 1h45 expected travel time
There were two buses leaving at the same time to Malaga at adjacent points which made it a bit confusing for passengers. One of the drivers was very helpful and the other was not which did not help. However once the right bus had been identified everything else went well and the drive was very comfortable and everything worked as scheduled
It was difficult to communicate which bus was the correct bus since there were two. However, we figured out it was number 1. Also, although were were given two seats apart from each other but thankfully someone spoke English and helped us asking one of the passengers to switch.
A great service and good value for money. My one complaint is that it was a bit disorganised at the point of boarding as there were two buses and passengers didn’t know which one to get on, there was a lot of pushing and shoving.
Great to get on bus. Disappointed about the confusion with two buses one direct to Malaga we were told to go to platform 11. Then bus on platform 12 put sign up to Malaga. Bus driver overwhelmed with questions from all waiting. Would be great to have a check in process here.
Got me there, everything fine. I’m not usually claustrophobic, but that was smaller than any plane, train, or bus I’ve ever been on. Not built for comfort.
I’ve now taken two trips with ALSA.
Your company has excellent drivers!! Passengers feel safe. The two divers I’ve had never brake or accelerate too quickly and never turn corners too fast. They seem to be conscious of their passengers’ comfort as well as of safety. ALSA follows a reliable schedule and The seats are comfortable too.
Our trip from Cordoba to Granada was spot on, arriving a bit early.
The bus from Granada to Malaga left five minutes late and arrived over twenty minutes late - no we had not been affected by traffic.
The service could improve by having one person check IDs while a second person handled loading baggage. Also, there seemed to be a bit of confusion with some passengers not knowing which bus to take to Malaga. It would help with the flow if someone assisted with that aspect.
Generally a smooth ride, found myself on a bit of a “milk run”, with quite a few departures off the main highway to go into small towns. Overall, a nice cheap way to get back to Malaga.
