The buses should arrive at least 5-10 minutes before their scheduled departure time so that people are able to drop off their baggage and take their seats on the bus. Also, there was no wifi on the bus, despite the driver leaving a sign up for the password of the wifi. The driver also needs to learn to take it easy on the curves, and to go faster when there is no one in front of him verses accelerating on curves, so that we can hear the baggage underneath being tossed around. Also, the bus smelled like a dirty public bathroom.
There were already a delay when we reach Sur Station. There was no reason to change another bus from Madrid Sur station to Madrid airport. This was an extra crucial delay. I almost lost my flight
The service was fine overall. The drivers were SUPER loud. They were talking a lot. And it was hard to rest/sleep.
Bus was extremely hot the entire time, and the wifi did not work
The bathroom was very extremely dirty.
Seats in the bus didn’t match the seat plan when I was buying the ticket. Because of that I had a seat with less leg room and I have long legs. So the trip could have been more comfortable for me.
There was no wifi, which was promised online
생각보다 편하게 잠도 자면서 갈 수 있었다. 야간버스에서 잠을 잘 못자는 편인데 이번에는 잘 잤음.
This is the first time the bus was late, the other time I´ve used it, it was on time. But I think an arrival half an hour later is too much.
Puntual aunque los asientos no son de lo mejor pero limpios
Are bus trip to Madrid was right on time. Stopped at 1 rest point with store and clean bathrooms. Excellent trip, thank you.
We reached our destination-Madrid Airport, half an hour late. Wi fi in the bus is very bad
The trip was awesome!
Overall, it was okay. There were upset passengers on the bus and made quite a scene.
Needs a bit more leg space.
the wifi doesnt work!!!! why have wifi if it doesnt work?
No toilet paper, bad smell throughout the bus. Wifi was so slow it took 10 minutes to load a single webpage, so completely useless. ALSA is much better than Socibus
The bus was supposed to end at the Airport as per my ticket. It stopped in centeral Madrid. This caused me to nearly miss my flight. The bus drivers could not speak English and said they could not help even though I showed him my ticket. Very very disappointed and will not be recommending this bus to anyone traveling.
There was no toilet on the bus, the no water or blanket was provided, it's quite uncomfortable to travel and sleep in an overnight journey without any accessory, this is not the case in india , for 10 euros we get almost all of the above.
We were a bit confused about timings as there was no English spoken but that's ok. We were also not sitting together. There was the aisle in between us.
Would be good have WiFi in bus
The seats could have been more comfortable.
The wifi wasn't working. I asked the driver why, but he didn't understand. Also, I wasn't aware at the time of booking that I could have chosen our seats, because I didn't know this, we were seated apart.
The leg room is too short. My experience was good with the bus but there were inconsiderate passenger who sat behind me and would not let me to recline my seat.
advertised as 5.5 hours but was actually over 6. bus was 20 minutes late
Lights, footrest and wifi not working. Driver driving like a mad man, listening to music on the radio ALL night.
It was a very smooth ride! The only request would be to have one more stretch break during the trip. There was a four hour time when we had no breaks at all.
