It was safe trip
Very comfortable, slept all the way!
All OK. Thanks
Bus on time and staff good
We had tickets for 1315 on bus two. No bus two showed up. We came on a bus at 16 after arguing with staff
Excellent! No faults at all.
Everything went really good. We arrived to Malaga even 10 min faster than planned.
Servicio no mucho bueno
My only complaint was I had a prebooked ticket for 5 pm bus. My flight was early and I asked the driver could I take his 4pm bus rather than waiting 1.5 hours. First he would not let me even though I had paid for a ticket on-line. The ticket office was closed 3.30 Fri pm so I could not ask. He only allowed me take the 4pm bus if I paid again even though there were lots of free seats. Not very satisfied with this but I had to pay again rather than hang around. The system should be more flexible particularly if the bus is not full.
A very comfortable and scenic ride. Good driver!
Very smooth journey
Good way to travel in Spain, very cost effective and service generally good.

The trip was very comfortable. Bus was clean and modern.
What's to say? It's not a life-changing 'experience'. It's a bus journey. Leave, get there safely. That's what buses are supposed to do.
Great - very efficient and value for ££
All as scheduled
There was a confusion about our tickets as there was two buses on the same time. The drivers weren’t very helpful and thought our reservation has seat number that’s wasn’t available on the bus and we had to sit anywhere separate on the bus. I realized late why the passengers were so crowding at the bus gate in uncivilized way to get there favorite seats!
The bus was 50 minutes late and I decided to exchange my ticket for a later one. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful.
It was a satisfing trip. We actually arrived 20 minutes earlier.
Good service on comfortable coaches. Value for money
They are really good
The worst trip in my life. My luggage with more than 1000€ of clothes, watches, etc. was stolen from the bus at Granada bus station, and the driver didn't help at all. I will ensure that no one I know will ever take ALSA busses ever.
We booked our tickets in advance. Bus was clean and comfy.
Nothing to complain about
