My bus did not go to carchelejo it only went to the Oasis hotel, it took me 2 hours to try and find someone to take me the last 5 minutes of my journey, l had 2 very heavy suitcases and couldn’t manage to push them up the mountain to my house , if I had known it wasn’t going to carchelejo I wouldn’t have booked my ticket. I am completely disappointed with your service.
