I really liked the bed options. The beds are very comfortable. What I didn’t like was that the seats and blankets smelled dirty.
Bus arrived 40mins late at São Paulo to pick us up and then arrived at Rio bus station 3hours later and would not let passengers off midway when people walking was quicker

It was very spacious
Original bus was superb. Half of the way, ir breakdowns and was transferred to new but lower gradebus
Easy boarding. We left and arrived a bit late . Stopped at a great place with food half way. The reclining and extra large chair was worth it. They even had privacy curtains.
