Well, my email confirmation told me to arrive one hour earlier, which I did;however, the bus arrived one hour late. Instead of living Katy at 9:35, the bus arrived at 10:40am. And the driver refused to accept my bicycle in the luggage carrier just because it wasn’t wrapped in a carton box. And he had plenty of space. Other than that big disappointment, no bike, bus an hour late, the trip was okay. Fast and smooth. Thanks.
